Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

The Challenge Reporting to Finance Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Daily accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable management, bank reconciliations, day-to-day bookkeeping Prepare the year-end statutory accounts in accordance with Australian Accounting standards by the relevant deadlines Prepare for review quarterly BAS returns, and annual income tax returns Support monthly and quarterly management accounting process through regular updates of budgets/financial forecasts Report, analyse and provide insights to senior management Liaise with external auditors and taxation advisors The Expertise Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following: Most likely, you are a recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline from a leading and recognised university. You may also be currently working in a similar accounting position with a maximum of 1.5 years experience. You have strong university/academic results and plan to take on further studies such as CA or CPA You are an analytically strong with good attention for detail. You work effectively under tight frames and have excellent communication skills
