Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

The Responsibilities: Prepare and send accurate and timely invoices to customers Record and handle incoming payments from customers using various methods like cash, check or credit cards Compare received payments with the invoiced amounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any differences Communicate with customers via emails, calls, etc., to ensure prompt payment of overdue invoices Investigate and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies raised by customers, collaborating with relevant internal departments to address and rectify issues The Requirements: 1-2 years' experience in an accounts role Strong communication skills both written and verbal Proficient with MS Excel Familiarity with ERP systems Xero, Quickbooks and/or MYOB is beneficial High level of attention to detail To Note: They operate a hybrid model of 1-2 days in the office, the rest of the week from home Working hours are 9am -5pm Shorter notice periods will be favoured
