Qualifications & Experience
Ideally we are looking for a final year student on a gap year, or a recent graduate of a tertiary qualification in Information Technology. In addition:
An aptitude for IT Operations and a working knowledge of Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile.
Familiarity with, and ideally some experience with the following terms: Vendor management, Risk and audits, Project management.
A passion about customer focus by understanding customer needs.
Proactive nature, able to take initiative and accountability for your work.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Resilient, with a strong drive to achieve set goals.
Constant innovation and creativity to drive new ideas.
Ability to identify trends, draw useful conclusions and recommend solutions.
