English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 0-1 year

This role involves: IT support including supporting staff with software/hardware issues, escalating and liaising with senior staff or external IT company for resolutions IT support through maintaining phone call queues, company email forwards and auto-away messages and the IT mailbox Maintain accounts and permissions for onboarding, offboarding and change of roles Maintain procedures for all tasks Maintain IT equipment database Maintain document management solutions Maintain digital forms Perform quarterly audits of company assets Perform quarterly cleaning of company devices Participate in research, testing, and development for projects Set up/configuration of hardware and equipment Primary contact for all Tagitive-related enquiries, support, and maintenance Travel to other Taipan branches for support and maintenance (up to once per quarter) Perform additional tasks as required by Taipan To be successful you'll need some or all of the following: Information and communication technology (ICT) literate Good telephone technique Excellent customer service and communication skills Good typing skills Good time management and organisational skills Attention to detail Must have current driver’s license
