Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions： • Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications • Measuring and quality checking building materials • Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them • Keeping detailed records of work • Preparing reports of a routine nature and reporting to construction managers, designers and clients • Recording issue of equipment to staff • Checking that standard specifications, health and safety and Traffic Management requirements are met • transcribing information onto computers, and proofreading and correcting copy • Preparing documents and emails • General adminstration duties • Working between an office and construction sites Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate the following qualifications and skills: • At least 3 years’ experience in civil construction • Manual Drivers Licence • Construction tickets - White Card (at a minimum) • Experience with TOPCON GPS – rover/base + machine setup, site set out • Strong Administrative and record keeping skills • Problem solving skills and ability to read construction plans with attention to details • Drone Technology experience • Very Strong computer and technology proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel/Word/Project, AutoCAD
