Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Descriptions： feasibility study cost analysis and budgeting (estimates based on concept drawings, specifications, tenders, and project parameters) specifically preparing bills of quantities, quantity take-offs, assisting to prepare detailed tender estimates and cost planning (including from first principles) tendering contract reviews and risk analysis administering contracts (including assessment of cost risk and budgeting) contract claims costing (including variations and extensions of time analysis) claims preparation financial reporting (budgets, contingencies and cash flow analysis) Interesting and varied work for an exceptional client base (contractor and client-side). Friendly, team-oriented and collaborative working environment. Requirements: A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. Experience within mining/resources (process and non-process infrastructure), public infrastructure (road/rail/bridges) and/or or civil construction will be highly regarded. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a QS role within mining, resources or infrastructure. Contractor-side experience will be highly regarded. Proficiency in MS Excel/Word. Excellent written skills, communication and interpersonal skills and growing strategic skills.
