Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: • Collect, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and solutions to enhance business processes • Develop functional specifications and detailed use cases for IT solutions • Conduct gap analysis to identify existing system shortcomings and recommend solutions • Establish and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines • Support project managers in planning and executing projects by providing input • Work closely with developers to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible • Manage change requests and facilitate user acceptance testing • Create end-user training and support documentation • Recommend enhancements to improve IT solutions' effectiveness • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and their potential application to the business

Let’s talk about your capability and experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field in Financial Services. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles • Strong documentation skills with experience creating technical specifications, use cases, and process maps • Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software
