Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: • Produce accurate workshop drawings, fabrication layouts & cutting schedules. • Preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) to assist purchasing officer. • Provide ongoing technical backup and assistance to the Engineering Manager and Production Personnel. • Investigate and answer manufacturing queries as required. • Help maintain drawing and document control systems. • Supply CNC nestings to the workshop daily. • Estimate material costs and quantities. • Assist with ECR’s (Engineering Change Requests) as needed. Requirements: • Relevant Draftsperson Qualifications and Experience. • Experience using Solidworks, experience in other software packages will be regarded. • Experience in semi-trailer manufacturing would be an advantage and highly regarded. • Experience in RADAN software would be an advantage. • Working knowledge of Australian Drawing Standards and Procedures will be highly regarded. • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
