Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Other responsibilities will include: Configure Monitoring for Networks and System Applications Devices using a variety of Enterprise tools. Analyse alerts trends and propose changes to improve response to events. Continually improve the effectiveness and effectiveness of IT systems by IT operations. Investigate available hardware and/or software and recommending appropriate acquisitions for use by IT Operations. Programming and Automation using Enterprise Scheduler tool. Provide technical consultation to Operators and undertaking special assignment. Participate on Disaster Recovery Tests. There may be some outside hours support required on an ad-hoc basis. Your background To be successful in this critical role you will possess: ITIL Foundation certification. Experience in configuring monitoring Tools. Experience in configuring Enterprise Scheduler Tools. Experience in working with Data Centre Management Tools (DCIM). Experience in API configuration. Experience in scripting languages - PowerShell or Python. Knowledge of AIOps - Desirable. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - Desirable. Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) - Desirable.
