Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities: Assist in coordination of site activities within scope of works documentation and guidelines Liaise with Site Supervisors, Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure project requirements are met Management of project documentation ensuring efficiency Ensuring QA procedures and documentation are compliant and completed Confirm Safety Management Plan checklists and documentation are completed & in accordance with approved SWMS and OH+SMP Assist in coordinating labour workforce and subcontractors with Operations and Site Management teams Record and confirm labour hours worked and site deliveries Maintain thorough site records including variations, lost time, incident reports and drawing changes/revisions and notify Project Manager with variations Requirements: Degree in Engineering or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders; Strong IT skills (proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word) Ambition, drive and high-quality work, adhering to timelines; Flexible with duties and working in a team and independently; You will need to successfully clear a pre-employment medical;
