Job Descriptions：
Proficiency in ARCHICAD is a must.
A minimum of 1 year of professional work experience.
TAFE Graduates are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate a strong understanding of ARCHICAD and furnish supporting references from their TAFE Lecturers.
Familiarity with current Australian Standard Building Codes and Practices.
A well-curated portfolio showcasing your past projects and accompanied by references affirming your work experience.
Demonstrated strengths in organization, attention to detail, efficient task execution, creative problem-solving, collaboration within a team, effective communication with clients and colleagues, and a strong sense of pride in your work and personal contributions.
Technical writing skills, along with the ability to source, comprehend, and apply relevant Covenants, POD, Building/Development, and/or SEPP Codes to project tasks.
A solid understanding of construction methods and the ability to skilfully draft residential plan documentation.
Requirements：

Experience of managing client records through digital systems
Experience with file and diary management
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at one given time.
