Job Description: The Programmer/Analyst’s role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. The Programmer/Analyst will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Programmer Analyst or similar role. • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. • Strong knowledge of database concepts and experience with SQL. • Experience with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, ASP.NET). • Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. • Understanding of software testing principles and experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium). • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and collaborative development tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their services. • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software applications. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and liaise with stakeholders. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines. • Continuous learning mindset and eagerness to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
