Role Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Collaborate with the Finance Product Manager to shape strategic product roadmaps.
Execute and oversee system administration tasks to ensure alignment with policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Promptly acknowledge, resolve, or follow up on all support queries.
Demonstrate the ability to pinpoint the root cause of issues and implement corrective measures for product-related issues.
Analyze support queries to identify trends and areas for improvement, championing a culture of continuous improvement in services and systems.
Create ongoing knowledge articles for supported applications.
Document business requirements and process flows supporting product development.
Work closely with customers at all organizational levels and internal/external service providers.
Develop test cases aligned with the overarching product test strategy, oversee test execution, and manage/report outcomes.
Generate product release notes tailored to the impacted user group through a deep understanding of current state processes.
Create support handover plans to facilitate the transition from project delivery to business-as-usual operations.
Conduct training on designated applications to enhance user proficiency across business and support resolver groups.
Ensure timely, accurate, and easily comprehensible communication to business stakeholders and users.
Prioritize the product backlog based on a thorough understanding of business pain points and initiatives.
Take ownership of project delivery, developing plans to support both technological and business initiatives.
Collaborate with Product Managers to lead and support team initiatives.
What you need to succeed:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in finance systems and/or exposure to product development of financial applications.
Experience in documentation of business requirements, business process, training documentation and support artifacts.
Exposure to QA and testing regimes.
Knowledge of Agile practices.
Proven project delivery experience with solid understanding software delivery lifecycle.
Experience in/ interest in developing your leadership skills.
Experience in ITIL with the delivery of support services to the business.
