Daily responsibilities include: • Fault Finding of AV, VC and ICT • Resolving technical issues • Training the client on AV, VC and ICT • Understand and effectively communicate the full range of services to users and clients. • Ensure all service documentation is kept up to date • From a remote location, managing microwave equipment that transmits video data to a video signal receiver • Completing preventative service inspections • Preserving and repairing AV transmitters and equipment • Selecting, attaching and troubleshooting equipment to cameras, positioning cameras for video conferencing • Operates audio visual equipment to improve/amplify sound and display
Ideal Candidate profile: • Minimum 1 years of experience as an roaming AV Technician or in a similar industry, or • Trade qualification in electronics, communications or audio visual or demonstrated industry equivalent, or • AQF Certificate III or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications • Experience with audio, video & IT equipment systems. • Strong practice in Video Conferencing and networking skills. • Familiarity with fault finding AV equipment. • Experience using the Microsoft suite of products. • Must have current Driver’s licence and personal vehicle. Allowance will be provided.
