We are looking for a skilled Telecom Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce CRM development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end business consulting, leveraging your proficiency in transformation, process mapping, and re-engineering to provide innovative, profitable solutions to our clients across various technologies.
Core Responsibilities:
• Executing Salesforce CRM solutions by meticulously documenting user stories, use cases, and precise functional requirements. • Proficient in recognizing opportunities, formulating solutions, and presenting them as compelling business proposals to key stakeholders, followed by successful execution of the proposed solutions. • Expertise in mapping processes and identifying areas with non-value-added steps to streamline operations and enhance agility. • Accountable for crafting solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software. • Proficient in developing process requirements, object structures, and workflow designs. • Skilled in configuring and implementing automation processes based on Technical Design Documents (TDD) to meet specific requirements. • Responsible for pinpointing business challenges and aligning with pain points through various project management approach, such as PDCA, Six Sigma and other initiatives. • Proficient in evaluating strategic initiatives, gathering business requirements, and rationalizing organizational needs. • Conducting thorough analysis and documentation of existing ("As Is") and desired ("To Be") processes. • Generating essential business analysis deliverables, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and process maps. • Expert in project management, overseeing system upgrades, integrations, and implementations. • Strengthening and optimizing internal processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and reengineering. • Providing high-quality consulting services by applying lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant quality methodologies to reduce costs, decrease cycle times, boost productivity, increase revenue, enhance product/service quality, and align organizational practices with business strategies. • Collaborating with other departments to incubate innovative solutions and technologies for both existing and new business ventures. • Conducting research to develop value-added and proactive proposals for prospective and existing customers. • Benchmarking the performance of current customers in comparison to competitors. • Facilitating interactive workshops for employees on quality tools and generating ideas for process improvement. • Effectively presenting data, sharing analyses, and obtaining agreement from stakeholders on action plans for assigned processes.
