Location- Melbourne Number of Positions: 1 Senior Consultant is responsible for working closely with the client Architects and Technical leads to interpret specifications provided, review and update technical design documents and flow charts as well as build and modify code for software applications aligning to the technical specifications as provided in system architecture documents.
This role will be key in understanding the business requirements and translating them into documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges. • Understanding the Telcom Service Order Management flow and behavior of new fulfillment system and the corresponding interactions with the external Domain managers (DM’s) and their external systems involved throughout the order journey • Monitoring ITAM’s & Service Now application for unhealthy orders and getting them fixed with respective teams • Handling escalated customer order within stringent SLAs and creating automated scripts for repetitive tasks. • Performing Root Cause Analysis and Triaging regarding production issues and solution designing to fix the issues to ensure healthy order progression. • Working diligently with production support team to fix all functional as well as performance issues/bugs faced. • Providing new functional improvements to Designers to improve quality in the production environment. • Developing POC/ Demo based client requirements. • Data Gathering and Analysis in suggesting new initiatives or enhancements • Implementing automations countering intermittent production issues to improve order progression • Participating in client calls for getting new change requests. • Writing and updating as well and maintaining technical architecture document, end user documentation and operational procedures through the lifecycle of the project • Following Scaled Agile methodology & Devops concepts for implementing any strategic change in Digital Stack perform to specification • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. • Performing requirements analysis and provide estimations as part of PI planning
Education Qualification & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Post Graduate Diploma in Management • Must be highly experienced in Telcom-OSS domain with extensive experience is E2E OSS-Service Fulfilment layer. • Must have thorough understanding the Telecom functional specifications and implementing automations according to the order journey functionality • Tools : Java, SQL, PL.SQL, Unix and Shell Scripting, Oracle RDBMS 9i/10g/11g, Jira, Microsoft Visio
