Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Descriptions： Leading and directing all facets of daily operations. Inventory management including but not limited to: food,beverage and merchandise. Ensure financial and operational efficiency of the restaurant while keeping guest first mentality. Oversee the hiring,training and devlopment of new staff members. Responsible for weekly rostering process and time management for hourly team members. Maintain professional restaurant and team member image,including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms and appearance standards. Uphold restaurant safety, sanitation, and security standards at all times. Ensure building equipment, furniture and fixtures are in good repair, clean and maintained on a regular basis. Planning and organising special functions and events. planning menus in consultation with the chef.
