Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: • Interpreting work assignment instructions, applying appropriate procedures and selecting equipment • Collecting and analysing data, and carrying out computations • Estimating material costs and ensuring finished works are within specifications, regulations and contract provisions • Prepare detailed drawings • Design review and assisting in design certification of façade systems • Site investigation • Diagnosis of building defects and facade reviews • Preparing technical reports, technical specifications and contract documentation. • Client interface, relationship building and business growth initiatives. Requirements: • Degree or diploma holder in Civil Engineering • Demonstrated experience in providing drafting using AutoCAD software in delivering shop drawing packages of Aluminium Louvres, perforated screens etc • Knowledge of aluminium, steel and glass required with proven experience • Fabrication / assembly drawing knowledge • Ability to conceptualise and design practical solutions • Ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal) • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
