Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 5-8 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: • Prepare process design information including Process Design Criteria, Process Flowsheet development and other process design deliverables • Work with modelling software to develop process designs, mass, water and energy balance models for processes under design • Assist in the coordination of risk assessments, HAZID, HAZAN and HAZOP activities and workshops • Review functional specifications where delegated • Review designs, calculations and study documents where delegated • Liaise with specialist consultants and sub-consultants in relation to hydrometallurgy and process specific design elements undertaken outside NewPro • Coordinate technical aspects with our international business partners (third language will be an advantage) • Review production processes and equipment options to improve efficiencies and cost reduction without compromising quality and safety (safety is a key business policy) • Preparation of reports and documents as may be required Requirements: • Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing or Chemical Engineering or related disciplines • 5+ years of experience in process engineering in an EPC mineral processing environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills together with sound writing skills for reports and proposals
