Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: Client liaison to determine initial goals/scope of the requirements for space to be designed Prepare sketches and other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to clients Develop scoping and documentation for architectural projects Consult with client or Team Leader of materials, furnishings and decors Attend internal or external meetings as required throughout duration of the design Maintain up to date knowledge of current trends, techniques and designs within the market Ability to use software systems with proficiency - Revit, AutoCad, Lumion, Enscape Requirements: Formal qualifications in Interior Design/Architecture Extensive experience in Revit and understanding of BIM methodology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Basic understanding of Building Codes and Inspection Regulations related to Interiors
