Job Descriptions： Mechanical Fitting and assembling Preparing test mechanical equipment Performing initial mechanical assembly and participating in first article inspections of our products Conducting tests in accordance with procedures and documenting the results Providing testing procedure guidance to colleagues for new mechanical products Suggesting design improvements for the development of new mechanical products Proposing workshop enhancements to maintain a top-level facility Requirements： Being well-organized, highly motivated, and open-minded Having a proactive approach and taking ownership Having prior knowledge of mechanical assemblies and systems used in the railroad industry Having knowledge of Lean and 5S principles Being able to work with minimal supervision
