Job Descriptions: • Managing the checking and processing of supplier, project procurement and compliance, contracting and payments. • Assisting with the preparation of building specifications and project schedules. • Administration of project plan approvals and maintaining project documentation. • Managing the project financials incl. maintaining the file of labour and materials cost information, defect management. • Forecast and monitor financials ensuring project costs are within budget. • Preparing construction programmes and managing the construction jobs onsite. • Assisting teams including estimating, drafting, scheduling and the contract administration. • Conducting weekly meeting with the supervisor and discussing the schedule for the next stage. Requirements: • Relevant Construction Management degree • Minimum 3 years work experience as construction manager. • Ability to accurately interpret plans and specifications • Advanced computer literacy • Strong project and financial planning, solid business acumen • Strategic thinking, applying organisational skills and the ability to efficiently coordinate several projects at once • Ability to efficiently prioritise and achieve various project deadlines
