Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: • Full Accounts Payable Function including data entry, invoice cost coding, PO matching and payments. • Review and reconciliation of creditor accounts to creditor statements. • Apply for trade creditor accounts as required. • Reconciliation and data entry of company credit card accounts. • Bank reconciliations. • Procurement and administrative assistance. • Assist with monthly account reconciliations. • General administrative duties. Requirements: • Certificate in Bookkeeping/ Business/Accounting (or a minimum 2 year’s book-keeping experience); • Highly proficient in Microsoft computing suite of software; • Xero Accounting Software experience is desirable; • Ability to be flexible in role, balancing duties as necessary; • Professional manner and courteous.
