Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Descriptions: Connect TV and internet Complete onboarding checklists Enter relevant property information into our database(s) Continuously monitor operational/ticketing systems to ensure all operational tasks are assigned and completed within specified timeframes and deadlines Coordinate site visits to address maintenance issues / repairs with Guest Services and/or 3rd party contractors Perform basic maintenance tasks in our properties Close service tickets on resolution; add relevant notes and updates for transparency to guest services Project Management / Continuous Improvement Complete quarterly inspections of all properties / units to maintain Requirements: A background in Hospitality, Real Estate, Relocation or Operations advantageous A proven track record of prioritising tasks in order to meet tight deadlines, you will be working independently 70% of the time and therefore must be skilled in managing your own time Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to identify and convey critical information to your Regional Operations Manager Ability to take the initiative and problem solve independently with an eye for detail Qualification in Property, Hospitality or Business preferred Minimum of 3 years experience relating to property, relocation, hospitality or accommodation businesses
