Job description： • Ensuring Health, Safety and Wellbeing systems and procedures are implemented and monitored. • Ensuring Quality and Food Safety systems and procedures are implemented and monitored. • Ensuring Environmental Safety systems and procedures are implemented and monitored. • Meeting agreed production plans, schedules and targets. • Maximise plant & process capability by developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. • Meeting agreed production budget and minimising waste and costs. • Managing the performance and development of production employees. • Driving a positive team culture in line with company values. Requirements: • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a FMCG organisation or other relevant manufacturing industry. • Strong people management and influencing skills. • Strong proven commitment to legislative compliance at all levels of manufacturing. • Clear and concise communication skills • Excellent time management skills • Flexibility to adjust work hours as required.
