Job Descriptions：
• Managing process sampling, analysis, and reporting • Perform process engineering services including but not limited to preparation of design documentation, contribution to appropriate studies, analyses, recommending actions, and participating in safety and sustainability design review. • Successfully plan and priorities how the company’s resources (machines, materials, and manpower) will be utilized to produce the products for each project on time and on budget. • Lead the development and continuous improvement of coating programs related to fulfillment, cost out, and NPI for clients' desired technology. • Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as manufacturing, sourcing, services, design, and systems engineering. • Identify and prevent defective materials, parts, and maintenance items. • Conduct root cause analysis related to process opportunities • Maintain inventories for all required materials. • Work with plant management to ensure that all procedures and work instructions are being followed in the paint process. • Maintain compliance with all relevant rules and regulations. • Review and prepare reports, presentations and progress update
Requirements
• Tertiary qualifications at degree level in a relevant field such as Engineering or equivalent relevant experience. • The ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines while balancing competing demands • Exceptional verbal communication and writing skills • Good coordination and periodization skills
