Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Descriptions： • Ensuring the quality of the in-house developed software products • Testing the functionality, processing, logic, input/output, a/b path and other aspects of the software • Working with other Applications and Web Developers to communicate any discovered defects, reporting on bugs, defects or other issues into defect tracking systems or processes • Involvement in Agile/Scrum processes and techniques • Creating test-plans for the software testing cycles or where required • Accepting and signing-off of software releases and deployments Requirements • Financial Services/Wealth Management knowledge are mandatory • Solid manual testing experience • Solid SQL & Developer tools experience • Good analytical skills and an inquisitive mind • The ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the development team • Comfortable working in an Agile environment, adopting a consultative and cooperative approach to your work • Have proven record of ability to negotiate resolutions to complex issues and define project scope • Excellent and analytical problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify, define and prioritize business needs/problems/issues, then define/develop/influence feasible solutions
