Job Descriptions: Maintains and documents cost-effective freight services from providers for quotation to customers Arranges freight services and terminal bookings as instructed Completes export documents and ensures procedures are accurately and promptly followed Communicates on behalf of management with staff, customers, freight services, and cargo receivers. Monitors and reports on job performance for senior management Assisting management in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal departments, significant customers, suppliers, and government authorities is an important responsibility. The role supports all aspects of export freight forwarding services, assisting staff, customers and suppliers and monitoring cargo movements from collection to destination.
