Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Descriptions: Planned, scheduled, and supervised bakery production. Daily production, baking, and preparing of bakery products Product testing, menu development, and produce/ ingredient sourcing Ordering of stock, stock organization and rotation Maintaining quality and quantity control in accordance with established standard Requirements: A minimum of 3 years or more verifiable work experience as a baker and 1 year as head baker Experience in sourdough & hand molding bread essential Must have a genuine enthusiasm for baking and creating Be punctual, reliable, highly organized, and detail-oriented
