Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Position Responsibilities: • To randomly examine cooked and uncooked food on a regular basis in accordance with health regulations • Food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to company guidelines/ customer preferences and dietary requirements as per menu. • Assisting in day-to-day kitchen activities mainly to do with the food preparation work. • Liaise with staff, food service and restaurant management regarding customer order and general service of kitchen operations. • Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, including proper storage of food, equipment, utensils and implements, prevention of working environment hazards and accidents at work, following accident, first aid and emergency procedures. Qualifications: Must have related qualifications in Cookery Experience: At least 2 years’ experience as a cook Skills: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced commercial kitchen Knowledge in safety procedures and regulations Ability to work in a team environment Good communication and presentation skills
