Job Descriptions: The Corporate Services Manager plays a key role in managing several corporate and operational functions including finance, payroll and property management to ensure the smooth running of the business. This role will provide robust staff management as well as a high level of administrative, strategic planning and operational support. The Corporate Services Manager will lead projects within the Operations Department or the wider organisation as and when required. Demonstrating a high level of competency in electronic systems, this role will also provide high-level support to all stakeholders relating to property management, finance and ICT. The Corporate Services Manager will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and represent our Group at public events. Requirements: • Relevant Business Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent, plus two years of full-time relevant experience in a Corporate Service-related role e.g.: Finance, Payroll or IT • Alternatively, five years of full-time relevant experience in a Corporate Service-related role e.g.: Finance, Payroll or IT • Demonstrated experience using digital finance/accounting systems • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work and communicate effectively with participants, their families, community agencies and other stakeholders. • Strives for continuous improvement and has a high level of integrity
