Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Associate: 1. assist the Sales Director in sales, ensuring timely and effective communication and coordination of work progress. 2. responsible for following up with existing customers and providing excellent pre-sales and after-sales services to fulfill customer needs. 3. assist the sales team in preparing sales plans and reports, tracking sales progress and providing necessary support. 4. showing customers to properties. 5. manage sales related documents and records to ensure accuracy and completeness of information. 6. coordinate cooperation among internal teams to ensure smooth flow of information and synergy among departments. 7. assist in organizing sales activities and industry events to enhance the company's visibility and competitiveness in the market. 8. provide sales reports and analysis to help the sales team understand the market dynamics and formulate corresponding strategies. 9. Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve individual and team sales skills.
