Darling Square Late Night Shift (Starting at 10pm until 4pm the following day)
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese, basic English communication preferred;
- Prior experience in kitchen, restaurant, service industry, chef, cook, waiter, etc. is preferred;
- Team spirit, hard-working, obedient to management, strong sense of service;
- Stable to work on Saturdays and Sundays (Saturday and Sunday legal overtime pay), obedient to store scheduling management, flexible attendance;
Part-timers must be able to guarantee more than 3 days/24 hours of attendance per week;
- A legal working visa (PR/CITIZEN/485/WHV/Student visa/Bridge visa is acceptable) with a validity period of 12 months or above;
- If applying for Management Trainee, the position is full-time only and requires familiarity with computers and Excel.
Salary and Benefits:
Starting salary $23.23 per hour on weekdays, $29 per hour on Saturdays, $34.8 per hour on Sundays, $52 per hour on statutory holidays, $30+ for late night shifts, plus an additional 11% of total salary amount as pension.
After one week of joining the company, we will give the corresponding position salary according to the business ability and work attitude.
If the employee can work more than 5 days per week, there is a more generous salary.
Annual salary for junior staff: about $45,000-53,000
Annual salary of mid-level staff: about $65000-72000 (base salary + bonus)
Annual salary of management staff: $84000-140,000 (base salary + performance + dividend)
