Job Duties:
As an online store operator, you will be responsible for the following job duties:
First, responsible for taking product photos, writing product descriptions and uploading them to the online store in order to show the features and advantages of the products.
Secondly, daily handling of orders and online customer service inquiries, solving customer problems in a timely manner and improving customer satisfaction.
Third, formulate online store and product optimization plans and implement them into concrete actions to improve online store exposure and sales conversion rate.
Fourth, design promotional marketing activities to attract more potential users and retain old customers.
Fifth, comprehensive management of products and online store, including inventory and after-sales management. Regular data analysis and report writing to provide the basis for operational decisions.
Requirements:
To be qualified for this position, you need to meet the following requirements:
First, fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, able to fluently communicate with customers and write effective emails and reports.
Second, have a certain degree of online marketing or online store management experience, able to independently operate common e-commerce platforms, familiar with online promotion and online store basic processes and rules.
Third, have good learning ability and willingness to grow, actively learn and absorb the industry's advanced marketing and management experience, and constantly improve personal quality and team level.
Fourth, good at analyzing and solving problems, with independent thinking and problem solving ability, good at timely adjustment and optimization of operation strategy.
Fifth, familiar with common office software, able to independently handle pictures, make documents, forms and reports, etc.
