Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Responsibilities: Actively manage and expand existing client relationships while actively exploring new business opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure sales targets are met. Conduct in-depth market analysis and propose innovative growth strategies. Organize and participate in customer training and product demonstrations to enhance customer experience. Requirements: Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers. Proven success in sales management and customer service. Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing related tools. Fluent communication skills in English. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.
