Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Descriptions： Managing transactional accounting operations, including Accounts Payable/Receivable and overseeing bank and credit card reconciliations. Creating and maintaining sales invoices, ensuring consistency between sales figures and the accounting system. Overseeing inventory control and conducting cost of goods sold analyses. Processing weekly and monthly payroll for 10-15 staff members. Preparing financial reports and performing month-end activities for multiple entities. Providing ad-hoc reports as requested by upper management. Conducting budgetary comparisons and forecasting. Supporting senior management in the refinement of processes and systems. Aiding in the annual audit procedures. Requirements： In-depth understanding of transactional accounting practices. Proven expertise in developing excel and system-based reports. Proficiency in systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with MYOB or Xero would be advantageous. Effective communication skills and the capacity to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. Flexibility in taking on additional duties and responsibilities.
