Job Descriptions： Supervising the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant. Liaising closely with chefs and ensuring the relationship with the kitchen team. Planning menus in consultation with chefs. Ensuring the restaurant is ready to be opened on time. Managing the restaurant bookings and table allocations. Providing outstanding food and beverage service. Taking guest orders and communicating with the kitchen to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensuring the restaurant remains clean and tidy. Ensuring food-safe handling standards are practiced at all times. Hiring, training staff, and performance management. Handle Floor Staff. Managing private functions. Supplier ordering, managing stock control, and stock-taking procedures. Contributing to budgeting and forecasting. Requirements： Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or At least 2-3 years of relevant experience and A great personal demeanor or communication skills Good understanding of the hospitality industry and restaurant operations. Preferred Candidate must have a thorough understanding of Indian Cuisine (North Indian and Muglai Cuisine) Friendly, patient, and helpful. Motivated. Ability to multitask
