Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Job Descriptions： This position is full-time and may be required to work shifts, including weekends. This position reports to the GM Orchards. Ensure that all specifications for tree management and planting are satisfied Assess quality of work and take corrective actions where applicable Ensure that trees are managed as per company procedures Liaise with GM Orchards / Agronomist where required Ensure that all equipment is maintained as per procedures Monitor tree performance to ensure growth rate is acceptable to Ensure all records are maintained Ensure all crops are labeled correctly Carrying out instructions and attending to all ancillary farming activities as directed by Management; Ensuring a safe fruit farm working environment Requirements： At least Cert IV or equivalent AND 1 year of relevant post qualifications experience
