Job Descriptions： • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with insurance carriers, clients, and vendors. • Ensure all contracts comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution and fulfilment of contractual obligations. • Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise. • Assist in resolving contract disputes or discrepancies in collaboration with legal and compliance teams. • Consulting with Management/Directors on important matters and implement instructions • Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices related to insurance contracts. • Preparing and maintaining Insurance Contracts paperwork and reports Requirements： • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role • String understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. • Prior experience in risk management or compliance is a plus.
