Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Job Descriptions: Plan bar menus in consultation with Chefs – Plan and organize special functions – Arrange the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget – Liaise with suppliers – Implement and perform approved cost control procedures and tracking – Invoicing clients – Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions – Ensure bar facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance – Establish and maintain strong business working relationships with Owners, Employees and Customers ensuring regular contact and communication – Confer with customers to assess their satisfaction with drinks and service standards and ensure regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented
