Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: subcontract packages, procurement schedules Monitor and prepare variations and progress claims Take subcontracts through negotiation stage to finalization Overseeing all project costs Procurement of supplies and materials as required Prepare subcontractor documents and manage subcontractor packages and payments Liaison with clients, banks and sub-contractors during construction. Manage all purchase orders Commercial reporting and reviewing Reporting to Senior Management Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in a CA role. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent analytical, problem solving and reporting skills Excellent managerial and organisational skills Experience dealing with a range of professionals from Project Managers to Draughtsman. Highly organised with good time management skills
