--Timely appointments for maintenance and cleaning by repairmen and cleaners.
--Follow up with tenants who are late in paying rent.
--Negotiate rent increases and lease renewals with tenants in a timely manner
--Responsible for and assisting supervisor to complete VCAT application cases
--Communicate with tenants and landlords in a timely and effective manner.
