Rental Housing Management Assistant Assistant Property Manager a... Responsibilities. --Show tenants rental properties, including public openings on Saturdays and private showings during the week. --Screening tenants and contracting with tenants. --Regular home inspections and preparation of home reports. --Thorough pre-move-in and post-move-out home inspections and reports --Timely appointments for maintenance and cleaning by repairmen and cleaners. --Follow up with tenants who are late in paying rent. --Negotiate rent increases and lease renewals with tenants in a timely manner --Responsible for and assisting supervisor to complete VCAT application cases --Communicate with tenants and landlords in a timely and effective manner. Position Requirements: --At least one year of relevant experience in the same position --English must be very fluent, oral communication and writing --Serious and responsible, proactive towards work --High working efficiency, some anti-pressure ability --Ability to adapt to fast-paced work --Possess empathy, able to think differently --Good communication skills, high emotional intelligence --Carefulness, carefulness, attentiveness --Good driving skills, have a car and a driver's license, legal work visa
