Job Descriptions:
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment. • Prepare full range of foods including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, • Prepare, serve and store food items in regard to the requirements of our Kitchen, • Ensure all our policies and procedures, health and hygiene requirements are adhered to. • Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships, • Excellent communication and organizational skills, • Maintain excellent presentation standards, • Ordering and managing stocks, • Be innovative and creative, • The ability to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and evenings, • A willingness to work split shifts, • Liaise and work with the head Chef and is expected to assist him to ensure safe and efficient production of food, while maintaining all statutory requirements, • To behave in a manner appropriate to your standing within the business,
Requirements:
• At least 03 years of experience as a Cook. • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent is a minimum requirement. • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Willing to work under pressure. • Good knowledge of policies and procedures in workplace • Experience in similar role.
