Job Responsibilities
1、Focusing on the user life cycle of the Australian international student group, responsible for user increment, retention and activity;
2、Responsible for the analysis of competing products in the institutional market, formulate the institutional market expansion program according to the user needs, and be responsible for the new target;
3、Independently responsible for institutional online/offline activity planning and expansion program, coordinating resources, implementation, and achieve the target results;
4、With copywriting skills, customer-oriented, responsible for the public domain account (such as Xiaohongshu) daily operation;
5、Independently develop market expansion program, good at market analysis and user insight;
6, with business negotiation skills, and good at organizing and managing the team to complete the work of the institution;
7、Responsible for the scheduling and management of part-time teachers in institutions, and responsible for the quality of course delivery, activity and retention rate of teachers.
[Competency Requirements
1、Past experience in marketing, user operation, event operation or business development related experience;
2、Strong communication and coordination skills, coordinate the work of various departments to promote the implementation of the project;
3、Strong sense of purpose and self-driven, good at data analysis, strong execution ability;
4、Familiar with Xiaohongshu, WeChat, ins and other domestic and international platform play, love network surfing, sensitive to new things;

7, with secondary creative ability, clear writing ideas, have operated the small red book jittery voice and other graphic & short video account, etc. is preferred;
