Job responsibilities
1、According to kpi indicators, complete the responsible area of the merchant contract and maintenance work;
2、Do a good job of belonging to the merchant's menu update, material laying, maintain good cooperation with the merchant, instantly to the merchant to explain the platform's newly launched activities, and complete the corresponding investment mission;
3、Maintain good communication with merchants, and grasp the needs of merchants in real time. Provide active, enthusiastic, satisfactory and thoughtful service for the merchants;
4, with a sense of ownership, in the development and expansion of potential merchants have a sense of initiative;
5、Collect first-line marketing information and merchant opinions, the platform marketing strategy, after-sales service, and so on to put forward reference opinions;
6、Execute other work arranged by superiors;
