Job Descriptions： Oversee the selection of appropriate equipment and load allocation to maximize the use of equipment. In conjunction with Fleet Controllers (local and Linehaul) ensure full utilization of vehicles and the safe and secure methods of accomplishing loading efficiently and effectively. Ensure that all vehicles are promptly loaded or unloaded on arrival at the depot. All designated vehicles are to be loaded and despatched within agreed timeframes. Manage and review labor requirements in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager to ensure appropriate coverage of daily and seasonal peaks with freight demands on all shifts. Ensure that the operational transport office team provides a high level of customer service. Update information as required and maintain all internal spreadsheets for weekly KPI analysis.
