Job Descriptions: Assist and encourage the development of objectives, strategies, and plans aimed at achieving optimal customer experience and satisfaction along with the effective use of our organisation's resources and capabilities. Identify business and organisational gaps and opportunities through the application of continuous improvement and change methodologies. Analyse and evaluate our current systems, capabilities, and structures to pinpoint areas of improvement. Advise on recommendations based on the analysis of current-state gaps, providing solutions to organisational problems. Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions, and support organisational innovation and improvements. Assist in the implementation of approved recommendations, ensuring a smooth transition and effective adaptation within our team. Requirements: The ideal candidate will bring a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor's degree or higher qualification At least five years of relevant experience potentially substituting for the formal qualification.
