Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors and delivery partners on matters relating to delivery and transport of products Running regular logistics reports for the team Liaise with the Australian Border Force (ABF), New Zealand Customs Service and other regulatory bodies to facilitate the customs clearance process and resolve any issues that may arise Tracking deliveries and updating customers and stakeholders as required Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, customer service, and sales teams, to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance processes Ensure proper data record retention according to the country regulations. Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience A good working knowledge of MS Office including Excel Previous experience in Customer Service and/or administration Logistics experience in transport function is prefered Customer service experience
