Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Job Descriptions： • Organising and maintaining Food Safety system documentation (HACCP, SQF, FICA and other certifications). • Assisting third-party (external) audits and conducting internal audits. • Keeping up to date the Quality Policy Manual and Forms. • Assisting QA processes during new product developments with Customers. • Investigating and responding to Customer complaints • Training all staff to Food safety, QA company standards and policies. • Liaising with Governmental agencies regarding food safety compliance. • Conducting quality inspections to product specifications. • Records, analyses and reports on products’ quality and service. Coordinating internal work with team members and colleagues. Planning and implementing corrective actions with customers and suppliers. Requirements： At least 2 years experience in a position with direct report responsibilities. Quality assurance skills and strong problem-solving attitude. Degree in Food Science (preferred) or similar qualification. Deep knowledge of European food culture, with a strong focus on cheese and ham. Written and spoken professional English proficiency. Proactive, attentive to detail, precise, curious, and professional manner. Fluent in English and at least one other language between Italian, Spanish and French.
