Currently with the growth of the business, we are urgently looking for a talented person with some team management skills to join us. Job Scope. Maintaining and managing the existing cleaning team to fulfill the daily operations assigned by the company. Training of new team, controlling and checking service quality. Maintain existing customer relationship and handle customer complaints. Handle individual emergency and fire-fighting tasks. Assist the marketing department to develop new customer market. Requirements. Able to handle good relationship with the team and maintain good communication with customers. Good communication skills in English and Chinese. Good team management and organizational skills. Responsible. Full time with PR. Be able to drive. Salary Structure. Base salary + commission + company bonus. Outstanding business ability can be allocated a certain percentage of the company's dry shares as a reward mechanism. Specific salary is negotiable, depending on ability.
